Recipe stolen from housemate

Salad

  • Farfalle
  • Rucola
  • Sundried tomato
  • Paprika
  • Red onion

Prepare: Cook the farfalle, let it cool and mix it with the above for the salad 🙂

Sauce

  • 100ml ketjap manis (soy sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 table spoons of honey
  • Thyme (thijm)

Prepare: Mix the above in a pan, heat it until it starts to foam and then boil it for another minute. (If you’ve prepared the chicken first, you can use some of the grease in this sauce.)

Chicken

  • Brie
  • Chicken
  • Black Forest ham, or Schwarzwälder Schinken
  • Garlic (Knoflook)

Prepare: Fill the lumps of chicken with the brie (slice open and put brie between it 🙂 ) and then wrap it in the ham. Bake it in oil or butter with a bit of garlic until it’s done. Then put it in the oven (not too hot, 160/170 degrees) and pour the sauce over and around it. Let it sit in the oven until it smells good 😛
